Internship - R&D Web - Graphic Widgets & DSL Integration (H/F)

iWE, as an Advanced Claim Management platform, handles complex configurations and interfaces. Clients using iWE need a dynamic and interactive homepage for monitoring and piloting their business activity.

The purpose of this internship will be to explore and evaluate libraries to build customizable graphic widgets for the iWE web platform homepage.

The scope also covers the definition of how these widgets will be configured and driven within our internal DSL (Domain Specific Language) project.

This is a 3-month internship for summer 2026.

What You'll Do

• Work with the engineering team to define the technical requirements for the homepage widgets.

• Perform research about the different possibilities both in open-source community and commercial solutions for interactive graphic libraries.

• Study implementation alternatives for bridging these visual components with our internal DSL.

• Produce a working prototype of the homepage integrating the selected graphic libraries.

• Study, design and implement a Proof-of-Concept demonstrating how the DSL configuration drives the rendering of the widgets.

Technologies/Challenges:

• Front-end web development (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React).

• Graphic libraries and UI framework integration.

• Domain Specific Language (DSL) modeling and syntax design.

• Software architecture and component reusability.

Desired Skills and experience:

• Working towards M.S. (5 years) in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering degree

• Understanding of modern web architecture and software design concepts.

• Coding in JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Autonomous and passionate about programming.
